This submitted entry for the EPAUS competition ran by Open Gap presents conversion of a half-finished construction scheme and a concrete structure that was abandoned during the 2007 recession. Located on the Ipswich dock, this abandoned multi storey structure can be occupied to home different types of street artists and welcome the young people in the area to enjoy a series of spaces that display arts and performance as well as a roof top garden and a swing garden.

The scheme won the third place and was published in the Future Arquitecturas magazine.
